Loch Garten Lodges are a small, natural site with self-catering lodge accommodation near Boat of Garten. Open all year round, we are only 7 miles from Aviemore in the Scottish Highlands.
Without even leaving your lodge, it is possible to see a variety of wildlife , including pine martens, deer, red squirrels and many birds.
Ideally situated only a short distance from Boat of Garten, the site allows you easy access to all that Speyside and the Abernethy nature reserve have to offer.
Our site is perfectly situated to experience Scotland's wildlife close at hand. Without leaving the site you may see all manner of bird life, red squirrels, rabbits, deer and, if you're up early and keep quiet, even some pine martens.
We are in the Cairngorm National Park and the site itself nestles in the Abernethy / Loch Garten RSPB reserve where you can keep up with the Ospreys (only a brief drive away or 20 minute walk along woodland paths).
